It’s a voluntary scheme for organisations that have had an operator licence for at least 2 years. It’s designed to work for operators of all sizes

Completed Inspections
Complete set of safety inspection records
Roadworthy Inspections
Safety Inspection sheets are completed correctly including all relevant sections and signed off as being roadworthy
On time Inspections
Safety Inspections are within the stated frequency
Actioned Defects
Driver defect reports where road safety related items have been reported are appropriately actioned
MOT Pass Rate
