The information entered whilst using RFM Lio is the sole responsibility of the end user and their employer / company.
Blue Crystal Solutions Ltd accept no liability for the information whilst using RFM Lio and for synchronisation with RFM Live and or the RFM (Rental & Fleet Management System).”
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Blue Crystal Solutions Ltd from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Blue Crystal Solutions Ltd that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this Agreement.
